McHale & Co advises UK & Ireland buyout
Altrincham lawyers McHale & Co played a major role in the management buy-out of UK & Ireland Insurance Services.
UK & Ireland Holdings Limited, also based in Altrincham, bought the insurance brokers previously known as Cobra UK and Ireland.
The corporate and commercial team at McHale & Co – Andrew Page, Maria Udalova-Surkova and Bridget Coyle - advised and delivered completion of the deal.

The entire UK & Ireland team, including directors James Wrynne, Kevin McNeill, Martin Hoult and Jeremy Hiscott, will remain with the firm with the addition of two new directors, Julian Robinson and Chris Morgan.
