A Third National Award win
To round off a fantastic year for Lee Eaton, franchisee of Signs Express (Manchester), he has been awarded the title of Signs Express Franchisee of the Year for the second year in a row at the Signs Express Convention on the 20th November.
The Signs Express Convention, held at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham, celebrated the very best sign projects and achievements throughout the franchise group. The awards ceremony was topped off with the Franchisee of the Year Award – an overarching award that takes into account all areas of the business and the achievements of the centre and its team.
Lee has had an impressive couple of years running the centre as sole franchisee since his father retired from the business in 2012. In this time, Lee has managed to expand his client base dramatically to include several prestigious names, including Team Sky, Bruntwood and British Cycling. As a result of his hard work and the team’s commitment, the centre has experienced 25% growth and an admirable increase in operating profits.
Just last month, Lee’s unwavering dedication and proactive business management was recognised by the British Franchise Association (BFA), who presented him with not one, but two national awards! Lee won B2B Franchisee of the Year as well as the Overall Franchisee of the Year Award at the ceremony, winning against other category winners McDonalds, Snap On and Dyno.
Signs Express also wanted to acknowledge Lee’s business acumen, dedication to customer service and the loyalty of his team, by awarding him with another award to add to his collection. Lee was delighted with the announcement, “The team and I have had a stellar couple of years. It is amazing when you realise that your hard work has paid off and I am so proud of the dedication and expertise of my team. This award is really a reflection of their unflinching commitment – I might have to build a new cabinet for all these awards!”
Signs Express (Manchester) is just one of over 60 franchises in the Signs Express network specialising in providing a full range of signs and graphics to businesses both large and small across the UK and Ireland. With a range of purchase options and prosperous locations still available to be snapped up, Signs Express can offer its potential franchisees choices to suit them and the support to build a successful business like Lee.
