Stockport businessmen create jobs with Totally Wicked store openings
Three Greater Manchester businessmen who opened a new Stockport e-cigarette shop in October have announced the launch of a further two stores.
Father and son team Steve and Dan Wilkinson, together with business partner Julian Urry, have established a second Totally Wicked store on Buxton Road, near Stepping Hill Hospital, and a third on Castle Street in Edgeley.
In total, the trio have so far created 14 jobs.
Commenting on the expansion, general manager Dan said: “We have been absolutely delighted with the level of interest shown by customers since we opened the first store in Heaton Chapel.
“We have helped many people who want to stop smoking, as well as existing vapers who want to try our unique range of high quality e-liquids.”
Speaking further, Dan said the calibre of applications during the recruitment drive has been “amazing”.
With an investment of more than £600k earmarked for the expansion, the trio plan to launch additional stores next year, potentially creating more than 30 jobs.
