Advanced 365 achieves new ISO accreditation
Advanced 365 (Advanced) is one of the first UK companies to be awarded the International Standards Organisation (ISO) 9001:2015 accreditation for consistently improving the quality of its products and services. The Quality Management Systems standard is the newest revised version of the accolade and was released in September 2015.
ISO is the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards which acknowledge industry best practice.
Advanced, a leading provider of managed services, recently received the accreditation following an audit to demonstrate commitment to meeting customer requirements through regular enhancements to its offering.
The ISO 9001 quality management accreditation recognises Advanced’s excellence in the bidding process and pre-sales and service improvements, alongside its staff satisfaction levels. The company already held the ISO 9001:2008 for 11 years, before achieving the newly revised version.
Neil Cross, Managing Director, Advanced 365, says, “Becoming one of the first UK companies to achieve this accreditation confirms our position as a leading organisation that continually strives for excellence and innovation.
“It is further reassurance for our customers that we put providing quality technology and services at the heart of everything we do and that we are dedicated to discovering new ways to improve.”
Advanced provides services such as outsourcing, cloud computing, and application development and support. It also provides an advisory to support the deployment of technologies including modernisation, legacy system migration, application development, applications support and data cleansing.
Advanced 365 is part of the Advanced Computer Software Group Ltd which in October 2015 was ranked 135 in The Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 league table for Britain’s private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales.
