Runcorn industrial units change hands in £3m deal
Four industrial units on the 300-acre Manor Park industrial estate in Runcorn, Cheshire, have sold to real estate investment firm AEW for £3.36m.
Residential and commercial property company Knight Frank secured the sale on behalf London-based investment firm Conygar.
Comprising 56,153 sq ft of space, the Sarus Court units are currently let to two tenants and bring in rent of almost £285k per year.
Tom Dawson, a senior surveyor at Knight Frank, said: “This transaction is one of a number of recent, multi-let industrial investment sales across the North West.
“With the occupational market remaining strong, there is an increasingly high demand for these types of opportunities, particularly in the regions outside of Manchester, including Cheshire and Liverpool.”
Commercial real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield acted for AEW during the transaction.
