Local housebuilder brings Santa to Middlesbrough housing development
Local children are invited to make their way to David Wilson Homes’ Grey Towers Village in Nunthorpe, Middlesborough this festive season, to tell Santa what they’d like for Christmas at a very special festive grotto.
Santa’s grotto will be open at the development on 12th December, from 12pm until 3pm, where children will be able to meet Father Christmas and walk away with a gift ahead of the big day. Grey Towers Village will also be collecting money for Zoe’s Place Middleborough on the day, the only baby specific hospice organisation in the UK, which provides palliative, respite and end-of-life care to babies and infants aged from birth to five years old suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
Steve Ball, Sales Manager for David Wilson Homes North East, commented: “We are really excited to be hosting a Santa’s grotto at our Grey Towers Village development and to be raising money for such a great charity; Zoe’s Place. We expect it to be a fantastic day with lots of happy children and parents coming along to let Santa know what to bring them on Christmas Eve!”
David Wilson Homes’ luxury development, Grey Towers Village, is situated in the village of Nunthorpe. The large range of properties range from three to five bedrooms, with prices from £254,995.
