Upcoming Knutsford Botanist bar to create 50 jobs
Bar operator New World Trading Company has revealed plans to bring its Botanist bar concept to Knutsford.
Set to launch on King Street next spring in the property currently occupied by Knutsford Wine Bar, the opening is expected to create around 50 jobs.
The Botanist in Knutsford will be the New World Trading Company’s eighth in the UK, with others already operating in Manchester, Alderley Edge, Chester, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham and Marlow.
Chris Hill, the managing director of the New World Trading Company, said: “We are incredibly excited to bring another Botanist to Cheshire, we’ve had astounding success since the brand’s inception in Alderley Edge back in 2012.
“Knutsford just felt like the next natural home for The Botanist in Cheshire.”
The venue, which will have space for 50 guests, will offer cocktails, local beers and ales, and live music.
