Patrizia chooses joint agents ahead of Daten Park transformation
Property investment firm Patrizia UK has appointed CBRE and Canning O’Neill as joint agents on 22,000 sq ft of space at Building 1 in Daten Park, near Warrington.
Patrizia made the move ahead of its plan to carry out a major refurb of the business park at Birchwood.
Jonathan Cook, a surveyor at CBRE’s Manchester office, which will oversee the space at Building 1 along with the firm’s Liverpool team, said; “We are delighted to have secured this instruction and look forward unveiling full details of the significant investment in due course.
“The Birchwood area of Warrington is an established and incredibly popular business destination and the works at Daten Park will create an exciting opportunity for businesses seeking well-connected, modern offices with strong opportunities for customisation with branding and space planning.”
The refurb is due to get underway in early 2016.
