‘Up to 70 new jobs could be created’ as Teesdale Business Park property comes to market
Dodds Brown LLP, Teesside independent commercial property consultants, has been appointed to market 7,000 sq ft of office space at Teesdale Business Park in Thornaby-on-Tees, one of Teesside’s premier office parks. When the space is let, up to 70 new jobs could be created.
Acting on behalf of the landlord Buccleuch Estates, Dodds Brown is seeking to let 7,000 sq ft of high specification, fully refurbished office space at Christine House on Teesdale Business Park. The space can be split into areas from 1,000 sq ft upwards. Quoting rents start from £10.50 per sq ft, with incentives available.
Christine House overlooks the River Tees and stands close to Thornaby Bridge. The open plan office space has been refurbished to a high specification with upgraded common areas and boasts better than average on-site car parking.
Stephen Brown, Dodds Brown senior partner, said: “Up to 70 new jobs could be created by any organisation relocating into this prestigious office space at Teesdale Business Park.
“With its location on the stunning River Tees waterfront site, easy access via the A66 and A19, generous car parking and its on-site facilities, it’s no wonder that the business park has attracted a host of premium occupiers such as Barclaycard and Durham University.
From its offices in Middlesbrough, Dodds Brown LLP is the largest independent commercial property surveying practice headquartered on Teesside. It offers a comprehensive commercial property service and unrivalled local market knowledge across Teesside and throughout the Tees Valley.
