Leading housebuilder to open new Compton development
A UK housebuilder is preparing to launch its latest development in Berkshire at an exclusive site of 25 homes in Compton.
Industry leader Charles Church North London will be opening its Green Acres site in the spring, with the development comprising stylish two, three, four and five bedroom homes.
Based in the rural village of Compton, Green Acres is in close proximity to a selection of ‘outstanding’ Ofsted schools such as Downs Secondary School and Compton C of E Primary.
The development is just a short drive from Didcot and also has links with large shopping towns such as Newbury and Reading.
Greg Kaye, head of sales for Charles Church North London, said: “We are thrilled to be launching this exclusive development in Compton.
“The site has something to suit all tastes, with its selection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes typifying the quality that has become synonymous with Charles Church.
“We are also refurbishing three existing buildings on the site, including the old bank building and a barn that will be split into two properties.
“We have already received a large number of enquiries from interested parties and would therefore urge all house hunters to register their interest in Green Acres as soon as possible, as with such a limited number of homes available this site will not be around for long.”
