West Yorkshire microwave electronics manufacturer secures £2.73m contract
West Yorkshire’s Filtronic plc, the designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for the wireless telecoms infrastructure market and adjacent markets, has received a large production order for Ultra Wide Band Integrated Antennas.
Following on from the Leeds-headquartered company’s previous contract win announced on 21 October 2015, the new order is valued at approximately £2.73m.
The order, received from a major European OEM, is the first volume contract for Filtronic’s new range of integrated antennas.
Filtronic expects to fulfil this order in the current financial year.
