Luxury housebuilder Regal Homes rebrands construction arm

London-based housebuilder Regal Homes has announced a rebrand of its construction arm, Eurobuild.

Eurobuild will now operate under the name Regal Homes Construction Ltd as the firm attempts to consolidate its different arms under the same banner.

Founded in 1998, the housebuilder hopes the rebrand will highlight ‘the company’s depth and breadth of development expertise’ in the capital, after delivering 1500 homes since its foundation.

The newly-named Regal Homes Construction has experienced rapid expansion recently, with 23 new hires since November alone, including the recent appointment of construction director Damien Cartmell.

Commenting on the rebrand, Simon De Friend, Joint Chief Executive Officer at Regal Homes, said: “Consolidating our team under the Regal Homes banner highlights that we are now a significant London developer, complete with our own construction arm, which supports our continuing delivery of high quality, innovative and sought after London developments.”

The clamour for new housing developments has become louder than ever this year with a number of new developments in the pipeline and London’s construction boom showing no signs of slowing.
