Property Moose secures £440k to drive ‘aggressive growth plans’
Property crowdfunding firm Property Moose has secured £440k in equity funding from The North West Fund for Digital & Creative.
The new boost, which brings the total raised for Liverpool-based Property Moose to £1m, will be used to shore up the firm’s growth plans and refine its digital platform.
The company’s recently appointed executive chairman, Darren Schindler, said: “Property Moose is continuing to raise funds as the business expands, and we hope to develop our property portfolio further.
“This is a growing industry, with people constantly looking for investment alternatives that they can control, which I am confident that we are offering.”
He added: “We have aggressive growth plans and I am delighted to be joining the company as it strengthens its position as a leader in the property crowdfunding space.”
Property Moose was established by solicitor Andrew Gardiner and co-founders Paul Miller and James Cadbury in 2013. The firm, which allows members to invest in residential property, operates from an office on Fleet Street, Liverpool, with an additional base in London.
