Leading UK housebuilder unveils latest West Sussex showhome
West Sussex house hunters have gotten a glimpse of a stunning new collection of family homes after a leading housebuilder unveiled their latest showhome in the region.
Regional housebuilder Charles Church Thames Valley, in partnership with Sunley Estates, has launched 76 exclusive properties – out of a total of 480 – which have been made available to the public on a site in Burgess Hill.
A wide range of two, three and four bedroom homes are available, with prices starting at £359,950.
Rachel Faulkner, head of sales at Charles Church Thames Valley, said: “The Croft represents an exquisite development and will be perfect for young professionals and families.
“Burgess Hill is a popular location and, with the quality associated with Charles Church, we are confident these properties will be much sought after.”
The South Downs National Park and Ditching Common Country Park are both in close proximity to The Croft, while there is easy access to London and Brighton.
Nearby Manor Field Primary School and Birchwood Grove County Primary School have both secured impressive Ofsted ratings, and the area offers a wide range of shopping and leisure facilities.
House hunters will be able to take advantage of the government’s Help to Buy scheme which provides a 20 per cent equity loan on the term of a mortgage, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years. Buyers only need a five per cent deposit.
