Fylde Coast Industrial Park Fully Let
Following a recent commercial property letting, a popular Lytham trade park is now fully let and trading at capacity which is great news for the local business community.
The last remaining 1,100 sq ft unit has been let to local flooring specialist Mountain and Cowell on a new 12 months lease with Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acting on behalf of the landlord Cabjet Ltd. The new tenants join existing tenants on site such as Barons Ltd., Blackpool Motor Works and The Forge at Lytham.
The park comprises 13 warehouse/trade premises with a total space of 21,000 sq ft. Each unit is of portal frame construction with ample loading and parking facilities. The site offers modern, flexible industrial space which is highly sought after in the area.
Mark Harrison, surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP said, “We are delighted that the park is now trading at full capacity as it provides a great boost for the surrounding community and local businesses. Lidun Park continues to remain popular with local traders due to its proximity to Lytham town centre and the quality of the units available. We are pleased to welcome Mountain & Cowell to Lidun Industrial Estate and we wish them all the best in their new location.”
