Regus opens first business centre in Halifax

Regus, the global workspace provider, has opened its first business centre in Halifax.

This newest opening is part of Regus’ UK network expansion plans as demand for flexible workspace continues to increase.

The centre occupies three floors of Fearnley Mill, located within the Dean Clough Mills development. The site houses over 130 workstations and offers a wide range of flexible workspace options for businesses and professionals.

Among the new workspace offerings is a large, open plan co-working space; a high-specification meeting room, over 40 offices of varying sizes, a drop-in business lounge and virtual office services.

Regus expects the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the local area.
