Champion outlines how Apprenticeships are going through fundamental reforms that have not been seen for a generation, and how Profound Group have launched the National Apprenticeship Company who will work with employers to help them understand the Apprenticeship reforms and the new levy to procure and work with high-quality Apprenticeship Training Providers.
It will initially work with employers to help them through the bureaucracy of delivering high quality Apprenticeships.
He also explains how training providers can get involved with the National Apprenticeship Company, and how the organisation will work in partnership with providers to reduce the red tape and bureaucracy in delivering Apprenticeships.
