Fashion retailer Dress 2 Party opens first Liverpool boutique
Clothing retailer Dress 2 Party has expanded with the launch of its first boutique in Liverpool.
The fashion firm signed a five-year lease for 5-7 Rainford Square, near the city’s Cavern Walks and Metquarter shopping hubs.
Dress 2 Party, which sells pageant, prom and eveningwear dresses, will stock clothing from designers such as Mori Lee, Paparazzi, Jovani, Scale and Sherri Hill.
At its new Liverpool boutique the firm also plans to offer a seamstress service, allowing customers to make alterations to the dresses available.
Hitchcock Wright & Partners, the Liverpool-based commercial property agent, secured the deal on the 1,138 sq ft shop, a converted warehouse that fronts onto Button Street and has a return elevation onto Rainford Square.
Sean Collins-Jones, a graduate surveyor with Hitchcock Wright & Partners, commented: “Dress 2 Party’s new Liverpool boutique is a great addition to the city and will capitalise on the growing prom trend in the UK market.
“It is a perfect fit amongst the premium shopping destinations in its vicinity, such as the Metquarter and Cavern Walks.”
The Liverpool shop is the eighth boutique in Dress 2 Party’s UK-wide network, with other locations including Manchester, Glasgow, Southampton and Bristol.
