Wonderful surprise from Riverside Leisure Park
Northumberland Wildlife Trust has received £329.89 from Wooler based Riverside Leisure Park, raised at a recent charity open day.
The Park, part of the Verdant Leisure group of companies, is no stranger to supporting the wildlife charity; as well as being corporate members of the Trust, for the past few years it has asked its holiday hire customers at its Wooler park to make a voluntary donation of £1.00 each time they book.
Mike Pratt, Northumberland Wildlife Trust Chief Executive said: “I am delighted with the support we receive from the team at Riverside Leisure Park and t the money raised at the charity open day will help our conservation work in what is a truly wonderful part of the country.”
