Redrow deal boosts national expansion for New Home Finder
Leeds-based property portal business New Home Finder has agreed a contract with Redrow to market its entire UK portfolio, which totals over 162 developments.
This will provide a significant boost for New Home Finder as it aims to expands its platform nationally following a successful pilot across Yorkshire.
The business already has 15 other developers registered including Keepmoat, Miller, Linden Homes, Avant Homes and Strata.
New Home Finder was launched last year as a new portal dedicated to providing a comprehensive resource for the new home buyers.
As well as displaying the developments available within a user’s search radius, the site offers a hub where new home buyers can store and share properties, ideas and tips, suppliers and advice.
New Home Finder’s portal is currently achieving more than 50,000 page views per month, increasing on average by 15% month on month.
In addition, the business is also expanding its listings across twelve UK regions where it anticipates listing over 2,500 new developments, achieving over 2 million page views.
Martin Hoyle, CEO of New Home Finder said: “New Home Finder is already achieving almost double the session time of the current market leader and higher conversion of traffic to leads.
“We are offering new home builders a more cost effective online advertising option with a low price point for quality lead generation whilst at the same time satisfying visitors with a one stop shop for the entire new home buying process. This is leading to a longer session time and we have already achieved page 1 google page ranks for relevant terms.”
Dave Bexon, group sales and marketing director at Redrow Group plc, added: “We started working with New Home Finder in our Yorkshire division last year and have been very pleased with the results and the quality of enquiries generated. Their proposition is interesting and different and the development of the Hub in particular reflects this. We are delighted to roll out representation nationally.”
