Impressive Growth Drives Executive Team Restructure at BSO
Surging growth has prompted BSO Network Solutions (BSO), the global Ethernet network, cloud and hosting provider, to redefine its management structure to further enhance how the company supports its customers. The adjustments reflect the individual strengths of each executive, amplify BSO’s ability to deliver on its ambitious international expansion plans and represent the company’s ongoing investment in its workforce.
Michael Ourabah, co-founder of BSO retains his role of Chief Executive Officer and will be based in New York. The senior team will continue to report to Michael as he takes direct responsibility for the expansion of BSO’s United States operations and the overall strategic vision of the company.
Michael said, “We have grown extensively the past year and these changes ensure an experienced, dynamic executive team is in place to support our customers even better. We have opened new offices, designed new network routes and almost doubled our workforce. I believe BSO has succeeded because we identify extremely talented people and build the company around their strengths. This development is a continuation of this strategy and approach.”
Fraser Bell is BSO’s now Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Fraser’s main focus will be maintaining the company’s top line growth, directing sales and marketing strategy through each territorial head and working closely with the wider executive team to develop new product and service initiatives. This includes identifying and developing customer-led solutions, and helping to steer the company’s growing partner base.
Emmanuel Pellé is now Chief Operations Officer (COO). Emmanuel will direct BSO’s product development, operations and service delivery teams – all critical components for delivering the market-leading customer experience BSO has become renowned for. This includes implementing procedures and policies to ensure efficient commercial management and equipping BSO’s employees with the platform they need to improve the company’s customer experience even further.
This executive team restructure clearly shows that the company has no intention of slowing down. As BSO’s customer base has grown, the team has expanded alongside it, ensuring customers always experience a market-leading service. This approach is central to the BSO philosophy and the executive team changes highlight this strategy by demonstrating the company’s commitment to ambitious international growth and expansion.
