Joint agents chosen for Winsford office site
Commercial property advisory firm Matthews & Goodman and Legat Owen, the Chester- and Nantwich-based estate agents, have been selected as joint agents on Unity House in Winsford.
The building, which comprises 14,000 sq ft of space over two levels, is a self-contained office block on Winsford Industrial Estate.
Subject to planning consent, the site has room for the development of an additional 20,000 sq ft.
Steve Brittle, from the national business space team at Matthews & Goodman, said: “Unity House offers occupiers the opportunity to lease a modern high quality self-contained office building with generous parking provisions.
“The accommodation is available as a whole or on a floor by floor basis.”
Legat Owen’s regional director, Andy Butler, said he believes there is a shortage of “good quality offices” in the Winsford area.
He continued: “Unity House therefore provides an excellent opportunity for a company to lease such accommodation together with a very good on site car parking provision.”
