Chapelhouse Motor Company Opens Preston Showroom
Chapelhouse Group, a leading North West car sales dealership has opened its newest branch on Blackpool Road, Preston, a former Honda car showroom site.
Chapelhouse Motor Company is a family run business dealing in Suzuki, Kia, Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat and Saab. Situated on the corner of Blackpool Road and Plungington Road, the showroom is the group’s sixth site in the North West trading alongside locations in Southport, St Helens, Wigan and two sites in Warrington. Chapelhouse Group has taken the new premises on an 8 year lease with Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acting on behalf of the private landlord.
Joe Assalone, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP said, “The Blackpool Road site offered Chapelhouse Group an ideal bespoke location to move straight in and start trading with minimum refurbishment works. The site enjoys an excellent prominent position on a main route through Preston and has the added benefit of being known locally as an established car showroom site. I’m sure Chapelhouse will enjoy successful trading at this location.”
