Travel management firm Cabfind.com moves to new Birkenhead office
Business travel management services firm Cabfind.com has launched a new office in Merseyside.
The company has established a 10,500 sq ft office at 12 Quays House in Birkenhead, having relocated from the town’s Egerton House.
Property agents Legat Owen and Mason & Partners secured the deal on behalf of the property’s owner Avon Capital Estates.
Commenting on the deal, which saw Cabfind sign a 10-year lease, Legat Owen’s head of office agency, William Sadler, said: “Following the departure of the previous tenant, Avon took the wise decision to invest in the property to bring it up to an extremely high standard and have been rewarded with this letting, which is one of the largest office deals to have been completed in Birkenhead since 2014.”
The building is the former home of Liverpool John Moores University’s Astro Physics Research Institute.
