Trebbi Plays Pivotal Role in Pricecheck Relocation
Trebbi companies Monaghans and Fernie Greaves are Delighted to have played a pivotal role in the successful relocation of award winning Sheffield based company Pricecheck.
Pricecheck, the toiletries and cosmetics distributor, recently moved into their new headquarters located in the Beighton Link Business Park in Sheffield. The move brings their head office, distribution and storage facilities together under one roof.
Monaghans and Fernie Greaves each provided their expertise to the operation. Fernie Greaves acted as an expert advisor guiding Pricecheck’s search for a new HQ whilst Monaghans provided a number of services from dilapidations at the old premises to negotiating the heads of terms for the new headquarters.
The new 113,000 sq. ft. premises will provide Pricecheck with the space required to support their target of doubling turnover and increasing staff numbers to 150 employees over the next 5 years.
This move marks another significant milestone for Pricecheck, who were awarded the Queens Award for International Trade in April 2015 after achieving a 300% increase in export sales since 2009.
Mark Lythe, Managing Director at Pricecheck said “Both Monaghans and Fernie Greaves were excellent throughout the relocation to our new HQ, the professional approach and negotiation skills from Monaghans produced great results and I couldn’t have managed without Fernie Greaves’ expert guidance throughout the project”.
