Lancashire Property Experts to Host Lettings Advice Event
Accountancy practice, Abrams Ashton, has teamed up with Forbes Solicitors and Nationwide Lettings to host a specialist residential lettings advice workshop in Leyland next week.
Aimed at landlords and anyone considering investing in the private rented sector, the free event will cover the financial, legal and practical aspects of residential lettings and how to get the best out of a property portfolio.
The event takes place at Charnock Farm, Leyland, on Tuesday 19 April 2016 from 12.30pm – 3pm.
Jo Ecob, director at Abrams Ashton, said: “Lancashire’s buy-to-let market is going from strength-to-strength and renting out a property remains one of the most popular methods of generating income.
“The sector has undergone a plethora of changes in recent years that have kept residential landlords on their toes and there a number of common pitfalls that many fall victim to, such as dealing with difficult tenants and implementing the latest tax reforms.
“The event gives landlords direct access to a team of specialist advisors who can offer insights and guidance on maximising rental portfolios.”
Reservations for the free event can be made through Abrams Ashton on 01257 273313 or email info@aachorley.co.uk.
Lunch will be provided at the event and free parking is available.
