Leeds recruiter secures future in social care IT market with 10 local authority contract wins
A Leed-based resourcing specialist, which operates in the social care IT market, has secured a string of contract wins with 10 UK local authorities in the last three months.
As a result, Care Futures has now completed assignments for more than half of the UK’s local authorities.
Care Futures, which is part of recruitment company Futures.co.uk, has placed hundreds of contractors, for more than 80 of the UK’s 152 local authorities over the last decade.
Tom Ryan who heads up Care Futures, explained: “We specialise in sourcing subject matter experts to initiate and deliver IT enabled change projects in social care, and really help local authorities understand how they can maximise their investment in social care IT.
“There are lot of efficiencies and service improvements that can be made in social care through effective use of IT and having the right people in place to do this is key.
“The majority of projects we resource for are designed to improve social work practice, improve outcomes and drive out efficiencies as part of the modernisation agenda across adult social care and children’s services.”
Tom added: “We have won contracts with 10 local authorities throughout the UK, in the last three months alone and we’re looking to build on this further.
“These latest assignments will see us place individuals through to whole project teams, who will provide support across all areas of the procurement, implementation or development, of every major social care application on the market today.”
