Refinery wins prestigious national RAR Award
Creative communications agency, Refinery, received a RAR award in the On Time category for agencies with 40 – 99 staff at last night’s (Thursday 28th April) glittering award ceremony at London’s Marriot Grosvenor Square.
The Recommend Agencies Register (RAR) awards are the only national creative industry awards based purely on client ratings and feedback, and recognise outstanding results and the highest level of client satisfaction.
Commenting on the win, Refinery’s managing director, Nigel Papworth, said: “It is a tremendous testament to the agency to win the On Time category as it shows the genuinely rare commitment of our team to delivering the goods, on time.
“Our company’s ethos – to challenge, nurture and collaborate - means that we don’t sell time, or a rigid process. Instead, we concentrate on building relationships and deliver work that works – on time, every time.
“We are enormously grateful to the many clients who took the trouble to respond to the RAR requests.”
All RAR Winners were selected based on their performance, using ratings and references from clients across all the marketing services from advertising, design and direct marketing through to PR and events. Client ratings are collected for criteria including creativity, effectiveness, strategic thinking, client service and more.
