Gentoo and Bradley Hall to bring £3.3m Gosforth luxury housing plot to market
North East property company Bradley Hall is continuing its partnership with regional housebuilder Gentoo by bringing a £3.3m housing development to market.
The site will comprise of eight new luxury properties at Lansdowne, central Gosforth, in Newcastle.
The development brings new homes to the heart of Gosforth, which will include a range of modern four bedroom townhouses with double garages from £439,950.
The partnership between Bradley Hall and Gentoo follows a string of collaborative projects, including recent work on new homes in Shaw Wood Gate, Durham city centre.
Peter Bartley, operations director at Bradley Hall said: “Bradley Hall is expanding its area of expertise by bringing exciting new build properties to market.
“We are looking forward to continuing our partnership with Gentoo and introducing the highest standard of new build properties to North East buyers, whilst providing even more opportunities for people to find their dream home.
“We will be helping buyers onto the property ladder with access to the government Help to Buy Scheme, which is available on a selection of new homes.
“This allows first time buyers submit a lower deposit of 5% and access to low mortgage interest rates thanks to a government loan contribution of 20% towards the property.”
The firm is now offering assistance on all types of mortgage applications available through its financial arm, BH Financial Services.
Peter added: “BH Financial Services can guide potential buyers through the sometimes complicated process of mortgage applications, which is particularly helpful for first time buyers or those who would like a professional to advise on which documents to submit, which mortgage will maximise their investment or the application process.”
Occupation is anticipated for December 2016 and plots will be available to reserve with Bradley Hall from Saturday 30th April.
