Caddick Construction named as RoSPA Award winner
Knottingley-based, Caddick Construction has been successful in this year’s 60th Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2016.
The family owned construction and civil engineering company has achieved the President’s Award in the prestigious annual scheme.
Organisations qualify for a ‘President’s Award’ by achieving Gold Awards in consecutive years. This award marks Caddick Construction’s 13th Gold Award.
Caddick Construction will be presented with the award during a ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel, on 13th July 2016, as RoSPA marks its diamond anniversary.
Pauline Shiell, Health and Safety Officer at Caddick Construction, said: “We are so pleased to have been given the honour of a President’s Award in the RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2016.

Through the scheme, which is open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes from across the UK and overseas, judges consider entrants’ overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
