Increase in Office Activity on Preston Docklands
Commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP can report that Preston Riversway Docklands has seen a resurgence of commercial property activity with a number of notable lettings taking place over the first quarter of 2016.
More than 29,000 sq ft has been let to over 10 different new occupiers on Riversway Docklands including a 10 year letting to The Cumbria and Lancashire Community Rehabilitations Company Ltd, and lettings to The National Examining Board for Dental Nurses, Soccer Manager, Community Life Choices, ITGroup UK, 3Man Factory and Amp Information Systems to name just a few.
Danny Pinkus, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co said, “The recent surge in activity we have seen in the Riversway area is a welcome boost for the local economy and interest remains high, with further lettings in solicitor’s hands.”
“There are some high quality, modern office opportunties available in this part of the city which predominately cater for the small to mid-sized business market. Companies are re-connecting and re-discovering the benefits Riversway has to offer such as great views over the marina, proximity to the city centre, great motorway links and in most cases, ample private parking which is at a premium in the city centre.”
