Gaucho-occupied Leeds city centre building sold for £1.77m
A Leeds city centre building occupied by Argentinian eaterie Gaucho has been sold for £1.77m to a private London-based investor.
Bilfinger GVA, the commercial real estate adviser, helped Aberdeen Asset Management with the sale of 21/22 Park Row.
James Yates, principal surveyor, investment, at Bilfinger GVA in Leeds, said: “Private Investors around this lot size are increasingly focusing on northern towns and cities as they offer quality stock and value that is more difficult to find in London.”
The deal will have no impact on the Leeds operation of Gaucho, which also has restaurants in Dubai and Hong Kong.
