New Crunch Collections service to fight late payments

Late payments is the single biggest issue affecting micro-businesses, according to new Crunch research released today, outranking cash-flow management, IR35, office space and recruitment. And with more than £255bn owed nationwide in overdue invoices, late payments is an issue affecting more than half of UK SMEs.

To address this growing problem, Crunch today launched a new debt collections service - Crunch Collections - to help freelancers, contractors, and small business owners get overdue invoices paid at an affordable rate and without alienating clients.

Darren Fell, CEO of Crunch said: “The culture of late payments is now well and truly out of control – and the people bearing the brunt of the issue are the country’s smallest firms. We regularly hear from micro-businesses who are in dire financial straits, simply because they are waiting on an invoice with 90 day or more payment terms from a huge company.

“We’ve launched Crunch Collections to provide an affordable, easy solution to help business owners chase down unpaid invoices, and get their cashflow back on track.”

Crunch Collections is available now, requires no contracts and has no hidden charges. It works on a no collection, no commission basis, so customers only pay if Crunch recovers your money. To find out more visit the Crunch website.
