New homes released for sale in Ingleby Barwick
Construction work has started on an exclusive new residential phase of homes in Ingleby Barwick.
The new phase by Persimmon Homes Teesside, consists of 477 units of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.
Named Meadowbrook, the development will comprise a selection of detached, semi-detached and three storey properties, which will be available later this month.
A showhome will also be ready later this summer, showcasing a four-bedroom detached house that allows potential buyers to gain an insight into the quality of the build.
Joan Peart, head of sales for Persimmon Homes Teesside, said: “We are really excited about this development, Ingleby Barwick is a sought after residential suburb within Stockton-On-Tees.
“It’s a perfect location with a short walk to a small parade of shops, multi-use sporting ground and local pub as well as a 24 hour Tesco in the town centre.”
The site is located close to the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors, as well as being enveloped by picturesque rivers and green open spaces making it an idyllic area to live in.
