The new development features a wide range of two, three, four and five bedroom contemporary and stylish homes, a selection of which are ‘discount to market value’ properties and currently available at just 70% of their market value.
Two brand new show homes will be available to view, both of which are detached properties. This includes the five bedroom Stratford, which boasts a spacious kitchen and separate dining room, as well two en suites and a dressing area in the master bedroom. The Lincoln show home features four large bedrooms, as well as free flowing interiors that are perfect for modern family living.
Prospective homebuyers in the area are being encouraged to visit the development this weekend as free carpets are on offer for every house purchased. South Fields is perfectly suited for families, with designated play areas and several ‘Outstanding’ schools nearby.
Paul Race, Sales Manager at South Fields, commented:
“We’re really excited to be able to launch our South Fields development this weekend and I would strongly urge local homebuyers to head to the development to see it first hand. With its flowing streets and designated play areas, South Fields exudes a real sense of community. The homes on the development are effortlessly stylish with a contemporary finish, combining modern trends with classic family living. We’re incredibly proud of this development and predict that the homes will be in high demand, so we would urge homebuyers to move quickly.”
With its semi-rural location, Morpeth is widely regarded as one of the most sought after locations in the North East. South Fields truly capitalises on its beautiful and convenient surroundings, offering easy access to Morpeth’s unique mix of history, heritage and beauty. Furthermore, the development is perfect for commuters with easy access to Newcastle, whilst maintaining a sense of rural living.
