NTT Com Security honoured by global technology partners
Global information security and risk management company, NTT Com Security, has been honoured by two global partners for the level and quality of its technical excellence and support to customers.
NTT Com Security has been named BlueTouch Support Partner (BTSP) of the Year in Europe by Blue Coat, recognising exceptional levels of technical support along with high levels of business retention over the year. In addition, the company has been awarded Customer Support Partner of the Year at this year’s F5 Agility EMEA annual conference for customers and partners, after demonstrating extremely high levels of F5 technical expertise and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Michael Schönrock, Director Channel & Alliances EMEA, F5 Networks, comments: “NTT Com Security is a worthy winner of our Customer Support Partner of the Year award. These are exciting times for F5 Networks, and we are witnessing a huge technological shift that is elevating applications to the heart of business plans, and front and center of decision-makers’ minds worldwide. At the same time, organisations are more vulnerable than ever if they fail to adapt to the sophistication, frequency, and diversity of today’s network attacks. NTT Com Security’s global track record speaks for itself, and they remain a key partner for us as we continue to keep both existing and future customers secure, highly available and agile.”
“NTT Com Security was selected as the BTSP-Blue Touch Support Partner of the Year by having consistently shown and delivered high levels of customer satisfaction, through business retention, exceptional support readiness, and technical knowledge of Blue Coat products,” adds Lotten Elmstedt, Sr. Manager Global Partner Programs, Blue Coat.
Garry Sidaway, SVP Security Strategy and Alliances at NTT Com Security, adds: “New technology helps organisations solve more problems, but it can also create new challenges. At NTT Com Security, we have been determined to build a high number of technical certifications, which means we can provide customers with the best possible support and expertise. We are absolutely thrilled that our commitment to helping businesses achieve their goals has been recognised with these two awards.”
