Housbuilder to launch Coventry development
A leading UK housebuilder is preparing to take the wraps off its latest development in Coventry this weekend.
Industry leader Persimmon Homes Central will build 25 homes at Shilton Place which is based on Shilton Lane.
A range of two, three and four bedroom properties with six different house types will be on sale for house hunters from Saturday August 20.
Amanda Benjamin, head of sales for Persimmon Homes Central, said: “We are really excited to be launching Shilton Place, a development which will continue to bring a wealth of new homes to Coventry.
“The vast range of properties we have available provide something for everybody and this is an ideal location for young professionals, couples or families.
“We are expecting the site to be very popular so would urge people to act quickly to reserve their home at this sought-after development.”
Located close to the M6 and M69, Shilton Place is an ideal location for commuters while the Arena Park shopping centre is also in close proximity.
Longford Park and Miners Welfare Park are also only a short distance away from Shilton Place, while a high standard of local schooling is also available.
