Leeds’ Bohoruns Accountants acquires new premises with six-figure loan
Bohoruns Chartered Certified Accountants and Registered Auditors aims to significantly grow after purchasing new premises with funding support from NatWest.
The Leeds-based firm offers a range of services to personal and corporate clients and charities including: business start ups advice, formation of company, tax and business planning, tax compliance, bookkeeping, payroll bureau, to management and year end accounts, statutory audit and independent examination reports.
Established in 2002 by Prakash Bohorun, a qualified accountant and registered auditor, Bohoruns currently employs eight staff but is looking to double this figure following the move into the new 1,600 sq ft premises in prominent Howley Park business village in Morley.
Prakash said: “As the firm has experienced a steady period of growth with new clients, we got to the point where we had outgrown our York Road office and needed a larger office to accommodate the new members of staff who will be joining the practice.”
When the time came to purchase the new unit, Prakash turned to Simon Winterburn, NatWest relationship manager, for support. Simon provided a six-figure loan to facilitate the purchase.
Prakash added: “It’s the first time we have banked with NatWest and we have been very impressed with the level of service provided by Simon and the team. Simon went that extra mile to complete the deal and we know we can rely on him for our future banking needs.”
Simon also commented: “Bohoruns has been delivering exceptional service to customers for over a decade and their growing business is a testament to their success. I was delighted to support the firm with the purchase of new business premises and we wish them every success for the future.”
