Recruitment drive takes off at Jet2.com as 1,000 new jobs will be created
Leeds-based Jet2.com has announced it is set to create 1,000 new jobs across the UK.
The airline company will be looking to fill pilot, cabin crew and engineering positions, 135 of which will be based at Leeds Bradford Airport.
This announcement follows on from Jet2.com andJet2holidays launching thier ‘biggest ever’ flights and holidays programme for summer 2017 from Leeds Bradford Airport earlier this year.
The recruitment drive also comes after Jet2.com estalbished its 8th UK base in Birmingham with flights launching in 2017, alongside the acquisition of 30 new B737-800 aircraft commencing in September 2016 over a two-year period.
To support this recruitment drive, Jet2.com is hosting a roadshow at its head office in the Mint, Ingram Street on Friday 9th September.
