Opening phase of Tower Business Park nears completion
A project to deliver a raft of new industrial and commercial space at a business park in Lancashire is nearing its first major milestone this week.
Alden Green, the developer and commercial property investor behind the Tower Business Park scheme has revealed that phase one of its work on site is nearly complete.
The company is creating a number of industrial and trade counter units at the business park, which will be located at Junction 4 of the M65.
Spaces will range from 3,750 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
Jonathan Pickles, of chartered surveyors Nolan Redshaw, said: “By completing the first phase of the site, Alden Green have created a superb, significant, speculative development.”
“Two of the units are already in solicitors’ hands, as well as interest in the vacant land fronting the motorway from various users.”
