Irwin Mitchell partners with Yorkshire Enterprise Network to boost business links
National law firm Irwin Mitchell is the latest company to sign up as a Strategic Partner of the Yorkshire Enterprise Network (YEN) business hub.
With more than 6,000 members, YEN is one of the biggest networks of private and public sector professionals across Yorkshire.
The network aims to increase trade potential to the region by using a range of networking, seminars, events and online advisory support.
It also enables members to provide mutual business support, generate business referrals and create new commercial opportunities.
As a Strategic Partner, the Leeds office of Irwin Mitchell will provide YENâs members with regular commentary on legal issues, access to legal updates and âknow-howâ guidance as well as preferential rates to its IMhrplus service, a fixed fee retainer for employment law support to businesses.
Specialist lawyers at the firm will also speak, host and attend the monthly networking events and appear on the organisationâs new video platform, YEN TV.
In addition, Irwin Mitchell will share information on services such as its online HR advice service IMhrplus, Free Legal Health Check and Intellectual Property Health Check, while also providing discounted hourly rates on a range of other services to Yorkshire Enterprise Network members.
Jenny Arrowsmith, an employment Associate at Irwin Mitchell in Leeds, said: âWe are delighted to partner with the Yorkshire Enterprise Network and look forward to working with its members to help support them and develop their businesses.“
Sheraz Malik, director of the Yorkshire Enterprise Network, added: âWe are excited to welcome Irwin Mitchell as one of our strategic partners.
âThey are the largest law firm in Yorkshire with 15 offices across the UK and are leaders in many fields, so their scale and level of expertise will no doubt bring huge benefits to our members.“
Other YEN Strategic Partners include UK Fast, Packetts Chartered Insurance Brokers, Aspire and Bradford College.
The partnership will be officially announced to delegates at the next YEN networking event on Thursday, September 29th at Townhouse on Assembly Street, Leeds.
