DCS praises inaugural TechTrade Yorkshire exhibition
Boston Spa-based IT providers, Deans Computer Services (DCS) is singing the praises of the inaugural TechTrade Yorkshire Exhibition in Leeds following a highly successful appearance as one of the exhibitors.
Featuring 50 exhibition stands and around 300 delegates, including IT influencers and decision makers from all kinds of sectors, the event took place at Elland Road earlier this month and enjoyed a large footfall from a wide range of businesses and entrepreneurs. DCS held discussions with many SMEs and the company established a number of major business development opportunities as well as new relationships with other exhibitors who could potentially become partners to serve its existing customer base.
DCS marketing director, Suzie Cowling, said: “DCS have appeared at a number of exhibitions in recent years, including some which we have hosted ourselves, and TechTrade Yorkshire has reinforced our view that there is plenty of appetite for these kinds of regional events which focus on contemporary IT issues. It’s a very important subject for SMEs in particular. They are mindful that they need to adapt an ever-changing digital landscape which constantly brings new opportunities as well as evolving threats such as cyber fraud. Sourcing specialist advice and support is invaluable in navigating that landscape as SMEs rarely have the in-house expertise necessary to do so.”
“TechTrade featured some very insightful seminars illustrating how tech can transform productivity, efficiency and innovation. For DCS it was refreshing to see what other exhibitors had to offer. In many cases their values were closely aligned with ours and DCS are always open to new partners to broaden the portfolio which we are able to offer. Later this autumn DCS will be hosting another Yorkshire-based exhibition of our own, featuring a number of our existing partners, and details will be announced soon.”
