New homes snapped up at Somerset development
A new housing estate in Weston-super-Mare is proving popular with scores of buyers set to move in.
18 homes at Persimmon’s Brunel Park development off Bristol Road have already been snapped up. In total the development will comprise 83 three, four and five-bedroom homes.
Prices start at £194,995 at the much sought-after development, which has stunning coastline and countryside on its doorstep with the historic towns of Cheddar, Glastonbury, and Wells within easy reach. Bristol and Bath can also be reached in less than an hour.
Sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, Nicola Hill, said young couples and families had been among those flocking to buy a home at Brunel Park.
Nicola added: “The numbers of visitors coming through the door remains high, showing that despite any uncertainty about the property market, there are plenty of people still looking to buy a new home in Weston-super-Mare.”
“Brunel Park offers so much and we expect homes to sell fast. I would encourage anyone who is interested to contact our sales team as once the homes are gone, they’re gone.”
Homes at Brunel Park are currently being sold from the marketing suite of Rowan Fields; a nearby Persimmon Homes development located at Haywood Village.
