House hunters in Liverpool are snapping up new properties at Countryside’s NGV Liverpool development, with many buyers securing their new home with just a 5% deposit*. Prices start at £129,950.
In just ten months, savvy Liverpool buyers have reserved 60 out of the 200 new homes at The Avenue at NGV Liverpool, with many buyers taking advantage of the 20% five-year interest-free loan that comes with the Help to Buy scheme.
Situated within easy reach of Liverpool city centre, each property at The Avenue has been intelligently designed in order to maximise space and provide families with both traditional living and modern convenience.
Homes at the development also come complete with Countryside’s high quality specification, which includes a range of additional fittings, fitted flooring and integrated appliances.
Peter Vella, Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Countryside, commented: “The popularity of NGV Liverpool has soared since day one, and we are extremely pleased with the increasing success of the development. It’s been a privilege to be involved in the ongoing regeneration of what is now a thriving and prosperous community.
“It’s also great to see so many first time buyers and local families taking advantage of the Government’s Help to Buy initiative, in order to fulfil their homeownership aspirations.”
Once complete, NGV Liverpool will consist of 829 new homes, forming part of Liverpool City Council’s regeneration of north Liverpool.
