Duke Street office launch heralds ‘exciting new chapter’ for Liverpool’s Bluerow Homes
Sales and lettings agency Bluerow Homes has given its Merseyside footprint a boost with a new office in Liverpool.
The firm held a ‘paint the town blue’ themed event on Thursday (October 6) to celebrate the opening of its Duke Street base.
Formerly trading as Bluerow Lettings, the company recently rebranded after expanding with a new sales division.
The agency, founded in 2008 by its director Helen Griffin-Booth, now provides residential sales and valuation services on top of its existing lettings, investment and property management offer.
Helen said: “Our new office launch marks an exciting new chapter for Bluerow Homes, following the inception of our new sales division.
“Our ‘paint the town blue’ campaign represents who we are today; a proactive agency that is fully confident in its services and continues to challenge clients’ perceptions of the sales and lettings industry.”
She continued: “We look forward now to working with vendors and buyers, both new and old, as we continue to grow across Liverpool and beyond.”
