Global property consultancy Gleeds makes Quorum Business Park move
Property and construction consultancy Gleeds has announced it is moving its Newcastle office Quorum Business Park, in the North of the City.
The firm, which boasts over 130 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, has taken a 2,112 sq ft property at the Park’s new Qeleven suites.
Employing 1600 staff across six continents, Gleeds works with clients in almost every sector, with a core service offering in programme and project management, commercial and contract management and property and asset management and advisory.
Peter Burns, Director for Gleeds in Newcastle, said: “We are delighted to be moving into our new offices at Quorum.
“It is a really impressive environment and perfect for the next chapter for Gleeds in Newcastle.”
Hosting organisations including Balfour Beatty, Greggs, Tesco Bank, Fabricom and Convergys, Quorum includes almost 1,000,000 sqft of new offices, complete with shops, restaurants, a nursery and more.
