£350k investment gives new funeral service strong first month in Guiseley
A funeral service has been launched in Guiseley following a £350k investment and the creation of four jobs.
Full Circle Funerals, which opened its doors just last month, was founded by former doctor Sarah Jones.
After spending time working in the industry and completing a professional qualification, Sarah launched Full Circle Funerals in September 2016.
She has acquired a 1,500 sq ft building with a car park on Otley Road, close to Guiseley’s White Cross roundabout, and completed a full refurbishment of the property.
The business now offers private meeting rooms, visiting rooms, a large room for intimate ceremonies and office space. There’s also an extensive parking area for visitors, as well as the company’s hearses and private ambulance.
Sarah said: “Our first month completely outstripped our expectations and we supported 50% more families than we had originally anticipated, which demonstrates the level of demand in the local area for a high quality funeral service that goes above and beyond the norm.
Full Circle has also achieved excellent independent feedback from the Good Funeral Guide.
“Nowadays there are more options than ever before when it comes to organising funerals, but most traditional operators offer just a tiny snapshot of what’s available.
“Our whole ethos is about giving people choices and being completely transparent about price throughout, so there are no nasty surprises at the end.”
Sarah added: “Whether people want a traditional funeral or a modern funeral or any combination of the two, we guide them through the entire process and create a bespoke and meaningful funeral which is different every time.
“Ultimately, we believe people experience a more positive grieving process when they are supported to plan their loved ones’ funeral in the way that they want.”
Full Circle Funerals predominantly operates throughout Guiseley, Ilkley and North Leeds and Bradford.
