Leeds property development group Oakapple set for third London residential scheme
Oakapple Group, the Leeds-based property developer, is continuing to expand its presence in London following the exchange of contracts on a site in Southall.
The company will be submitting a planning application to develop 35 apartments alongside a new community facility on the land.
This is the third project in London for Oakapple Group and follows the recent completion of the first phase of the group’s £20m Clapham development.
Philip Taylor, group chairman of Oakapple Group, commented: “Improvements to the rail infrastructure in the area Southall have made Southall one of the key areas for development.
“It is already a lively and diverse community which will benefit from our proposed scheme.”
