Bluerow Homes supports growth with new appointment
Bluerow Homes has appointed a senior sales negotiator in support of its new sales division.
The Liverpool-based sales and lettings agency has welcomed Nicki Boyle as senior sales negotiator to its now nine-strong team.
Nicki joins Bluerow Homes with over 15 years’ experience in the sales and lettings industry, having previously worked as branch manager for a national firm.
The appointment comes at an exciting time of growth for the agency, which recently expanded to become Bluerow Homes alongside the launch of its new sales department.
In her new role, Nicki will support the sales division, which has added residential sales and valuations to Bluerow Homes’ lettings, investment and property management offering.
Nicki says: “Joining Bluerow Homes was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down. The agency has a great reputation across Liverpool and a very strong work ethic. The chance to be involved in the expansion into sales is very exciting and I’m looking forward to embracing the challenges of my new role.”
Director, Helen Griffin-Booth, says: “As we steer Bluerow into its new era it’s essential that we have the right team behind us, so I’m delighted to have Nicki on board. Her wealth of experience in the sales and lettings industry will ensure that our new sales division is positioned as a proactive and innovative agency.
“Nicki is already working on developing new technologies to benefit vendors and buyers alike. Combined with our baseline of solid customer services, we think this is a winning combination!”
