Dreams To Open In Blackpool
Britain’s leading bed specialist Dreams Ltd. is opening a new branch at a popular out of town retail location in Blackpool.
Currently operating from 175 stores nationwide, the new branch at Vicarage Lane will be the only branch on the Fylde Coast, the nearest stores being Southport and Preston. Dreams has taken the 9,840 sq ft, glazed fronted showroom on a sub-lease from Hughes Electrical Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP and Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors acted as joint marketing agents on behalf of Hughes Electrical Ltd.
The Vicarage Lane area is an established retail destination in close proximity to junction 4 of the M55 and its links to the M6. Other stores in the area include B&M Bargains, Halfords, Screw Fix, Tool Station and an Asda supermarket directly to the rear.
Joe Assalone, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co. said, “Dreams have had an active enquiry for premises in the Blackpool area for some time and the former Apollo store ticked all the right boxes for the bed specialist including the roadside location, ample storage, a secure yard area and office facilities at mezzanine level. Dreams will also benefit from great customer and staff parking allocation on the development, as well as the retail traffic already attracted to the area by other complimentary stores in the immediate vicinity.”
